Lambs are ready! We will have one batch available in late October, and one in late November.  If you have a preference of when you'd receive your lamb, please let us know (but also know that the October batch is likely to be slightly larger hanging weights).    If you'd prefer just to register for a share without paying by credit card, just let us know by phone (493-7211) or email.

We are keeping the pricing the same as the past two years, with a whole lamb costing $365 or $195 for a half, including all the butchering, packaging, and freezing.  Again, we will communicate with the butcher to help you get the cuts you want (custom to your order if you have particular plans, or you can chose from one of our two 'standard' sets of cut packages).  You can pay by check or cash at the time of pickup; we'll be in touch through the fall as the dates are set for processing and pickup. 

Last year's lambs ranged in weight from 45-65 pounds, averaging about 50 lbs hanging weight.  We expect this year's lambs to be similar, but we are guaranteeing that all lambs will be at least 40 lbs (and will discount the price in the event that any are under weight).
