Salsa Making Workshop, Sunday October 18 (1-4pm)

As our first farm workshop, we thought we will all get a chance to can and put up canned salsa for the winter - or eating anytime! The workshop fee includes everything you need, including:

  1. Enough ingredients (tomatoes, onions, peppers) to bring home 12 pints of salsa.
  2. All the new pint canning jars (and lids) you need.
  3. Commercial kitchen rental fee.

Noah and Mary will act as facilitators, but this is a work party style workshop, with fresh farm ingredients and a chance to have fun while doing it. We'll conduct the workshop in downtown Hamilton in a new commercial kitchen.  Due to limited space, we'd like to request attendance of only one per family or couple.  If you'd prefer just to register without paying by credit card, just let us know by phone (493-7211) or email.
